Baby Jezebelle 2nd Month Immunization

Dec 22, 2008: Baby Jezebelle is supposed to have her Hepatitis B and DPT/Polio/HIB injection on Sunday, December 21, 2008 and we were so eager we reached Hospital Bersalin Razif before 9am (we were the first to arrive). Disappointingly though, we were told the hospital has ran out of stock for the injections. And we were not even informed in the first place.

Therefore, Jezebelle has her immunization taken at Klinik Kanak-Kanak & Keluarga Tan on the next day. She didn’t even cry. What a good girl she is.

Oct 22, 2008: Jezebelle Pong sleeps almost all the time even during breastfeeding. There is this very rare moment where she had her eyes wide open for quite a long period of time. Here are some pictures taken on October 22, 2008: -

Oct 22, 2008: Our baby daughter, Jezebelle Pong is born on October 22, 2008 at 2:51am. And I took a couple of pictures right after she was born.

She weighted at 2.72kg, and measured at 52cm long. Her head circumference is 34cm. And she’s an adorable baby! Too early to tell if she looks like her mom or me. Would you like to guess?

We brought Jezebelle into our room

Angel took approximately 40 minutes to deliver Jezebelle in the labor room. It was excruciating for her but it was a smooth process. I heard in some cases, some pregnant women need to spend near to 10 hours in the labor room. We spent less than an hour in total.

She’s Admitted to Hospital Bersalin Razif

Oct 21, 2008: My wife was admitted to Hospital Bersalin Razif last nite at approximately 9pm on October 21, 2008. Dato Dr.Hj Razif Aziz was our doctor and he said she has to be admitted due to the contraction and the opening of 4 centimeters.

We have chosen one of the Perdana Rooms because of a few reasons. One, I can accompany her till the next morning or until whenever. Second, well, it’s only slightly more expensive. The normal package is at MYR 1,150 where the patients have to share room with five others whereas the Perdana Rooms have either twin-sharing or single. We chose the latter one and it costs MYR 1,600 for the entire package with additional MYR 200 per night.

The Perdana Room comes with TV, patient bed, additional bed for husband (extendable bed from a chair, actually), private bathroom, wardrobe and a PC with free Internet access. Not too bad.
